Does someone you know deserve a little extra this holiday season?

 

Citizens Community Credit Union will be selecting six individuals or families to receive $500 to assist with a financial need, help brighten a holiday or give a helping hand.

 

Any Citizens Community Credit Union member can nominate an individual or family by completing a nomination form and writing a short essay. Submissions will be accepted through November 30, 2017, and winners will be announced in mid-December.

Ways to Submit Your Nomination

  • Complete the nomination form electronically and submit via email to citizens-cares@citizenscu.com.
  • Complete the nomination form electronically, print the completed form and drop it off at any Citizens Community Credit Union location.

Reminder: If your essay is in a separate document, please do not forget to include that file with your submission.

 

Contest Rules

  • Only current members of Citizens Community Credit Union are eligible to nominate an individual or family.
  • Citizens Community Credit Union employees and board members are not eligible to submit nominations or be nominated.
  • Only one nomination per member will be accepted.
  • Members cannot nominate themselves.
  • Nominations will be accepted November 1 - 30, 2017, and winners will be notified in Mid-December.
  • No photos will be accepted.
  • Nominee must live or work in the Citizens Community Credit Union field of membership area (see map below), but need not be a Citizens Community Credit Union member.
